Returns & Refunds


If your lamp shows up damaged, just reach out withinΒ 7 days of receiving it. Send me your order number, a few clear photos of the damage, and a picture of how it arrived in the box. I'll take a look and if something went wrong during shipping, I'll either send you a new one or give you a full refund β€” whatever you prefer.

Please hold onto the lamp and the packaging until we get everything sorted.

I don't accept returns for change of mind, but if something's genuinely not right I want to fix it. Just message me and we'll work it out!
